March 7 14 | Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

Special Notice

CCA 2015 - Host Hotel Guests Flying In that require shuttle service to the hotel.

If you are staying at the Host Hotel and Flying in, there has been some confusion about shuttle service for Collie Club guests at the Renaissance Host Hotel.

When you arrive at the airport and call the hotel for a shuttle be sure to ask for the Valet Service -- (405) 228-8056.

Tell the service you are with the Collie Club and they will provide a complementary shuttle to the Hotel from the airport. If you do not identify yourself as a guest of the Collie Club you may be charged for the shuttle service.

If you are flying in with your dog you will need to make other arrangements to get you and your dog(s) to the hotel.

At the time the information posted the hotel was accommodating, at this date the hotel does not have a vehicle that will accommodate the size 400 or larger crates or dog pick up.

To make arrangements for pick up with your dog you may call the Airport Shuttle Service, toll free: 877-688-3311 or local 405-681-3311.

Be sure to have your flight information and hotel name when you call. Be sure to tell them how many guests and the size of your crate. Most of their vans may only be able to accommodate one crate at a time. The rate will be $24 one way for one or two Guests, $27 one way for three guests and a rate of $7 per guest for four or more. Again this is only if you are traveling with your dog and need transportation to the host hotel.

I do sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. I was not aware until this weekend that there was a problem picking up guests traveling with their dogs.

Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

Thank you!
Roxann

Shuttles

Thank you!
