The Register of Merit - Performance (ROM-P)
recognizes those collies that have achieved an exceptional record in
producing performance titled offspring. The purpose of the ROM-P
parallels that of the ROM -- to enhance the record keeping capabilities
of the CCA and to honor lifetime producing achievements of sires and
dams that have produced a specific number of performance titled
offspring. Awarding a ROM-P to deserving producers gives the club
a permanent record for collie history and serves as a learning tool for
pedigree study and research.
